Our policy is 60 days Money-BAK Guarantee for orders placed on www.bakblade.com. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you placed your order on another platform besides www.bakblade.com you will need to contact your original seller for a refund.
